What's Halloween Coming To?

Last night I was in shock in how many people go trick or treating in no costumes. People came to my door in the same cloths the wore in school. Even people from Mark Ave. which is the "getto" in Elgin who came with their kids wanting candy to and the all where in plain cloths and had Wal-Mart bags.
